Steven Edwards, Chef Director of etch food and 2013 winner of#Masterchef: The Professionals creates a five-course #Masterchef inspired menu, taking us through key stages of the competition, over three nights at the #Bingham.
Previously, Steven has worked at Stoke Park, The Diamond Club & Hartham Park before joining South Lodge Hotel in 2008 where he developed a unique style and philosophy creating dishes around humble, seasonal, local produce using technique and creativity to bring the most flavour out of each ingredient he uses.
